Please note the "% Usage" is designed to allow the sharing of electrical circuits.  Let's say a building owner wants to equally share the common area charges across all tenants, then this is permissible in our system by applying a percentage.  Also there may be situations in which Suite A and Suite B share a common circuit.  We will monitor for a week the "normal" loads for the businesses and apply that percentage against the circuits.  If the tenants wish to be retested at a later date we will do so.
