     Every reasonable effort will be made to keep your information safe.  Synergy Conscious dba EcoNexus does not resell contact information collected.  It does, however, reserve the right to resell the industry statistics collected for industry comparison reports.

RETURN POLICY

     Product returns such as the EcoNexus^TM Audit Kits and EcoNexus^TM Tool Kits may be returned within the first 20 days, but an RMA number must be generated so please call: (925) 348-9450 for an RMA number in advance of shipping.  Shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

CANCELLATION POLICY

     EcoNexus^TM classes may be cancelled up to one week prior to the start of the class.  If there is some unusual circumstances which prevent one from taking the class at a particular time, then call (925) 348-9450 and a reasonable effort will be made to reschedule the class for a later date.

SHIPPING POLICY

    Products will be mailed via UPS, U.S. Postal Mail, or Fed-ex as appropriate.  Ground shipping will be the default.  If you are buying in volume and wish us to use your business account with one of these carriers, you may contact us to do so at: (925) 348-9450.
